From Imam Moosa al Kazim (a.s) without talking to anyone, say the following 7 times:

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

bismi allahi alrrahmani alrrahimi
In the Name of Allah; the All-beneficent, the All-merciful.

وَلاَ حَوْلَ وَلاَ قُوَّةَ إِلاَّ بِٱللَّهِ ٱلْعَلِيِّ ٱلْعَظيِمِ

wa la hawla wa la quwwata illa billahi al`aliyyi al`azimi
There is neither might nor power save with Allah, the All-high, the All-great.
