A’ooza be’izzatil-lahe | Everyday Isha

Then recite the following:“A’ooza be’izzatil-lahe”

أَعُوْذُ بِعِزَّةِ اللہِ وَ أَعُوْذُ بِقُدْرَةِ اللہ وَ أَعُوْذُ بِمَغْفِرَةِ اللہِ وَ أَعُوْذُ بِرَحْمَةِ اللہِ وَ أَعُوْذُ بِسُلْطَانِ اللہِ الَّذِيْ‏ هُوَ عَلىٰ‏ كُلِّ شَيْ‏ءٍ قَدِيْرٌوَ

A’ooza be’izzatil-lahe wa a’oozo be-qoodaratil-lahe wa a’oozo be-magh-firatil-lahe wa a’oozo be-rahmatil-lahe, wa a’oozo be-sooltanil-lahil-lazi-hova ala koolle shai’in qadeer.
“I seek refuge in the might of Allah, and I seek refuge in the power of Allah, and I seek refuge in the forgiveness of Allah, and I seek refuge in the mercy of Allah, I seek refuge in the dominion of Allah, He Who has power over all things

أَعُوْذُ بِكَرَمِ اللہِ وَ أَعُوْذُ بِجَمْعِ اللہِ مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ جَبَّارٍ عَنِيْدٍ وَ شَيْطَانٍ مَرِيْدٍ وَ كُلِّ مُغْتَالٍ وَ سَارِقٍ وَ عَارِضٍ

Wa a’o-ozo be – karamil-lahe wa a’ooze be jamillahes min sharre koolle jabbarin aneedin wa shaitanin mareed , koolle mookh-talin wa sare-qin wa arezin
and I seek refuge in the mercy of Allah from the evil of all strong tyrants and the rebellious Shaitan, and all persons who attack from ambush, thieves and all accidents;

وَ مِنْ شَرِّ السَّامَّةِ وَ الْهَامَّةِ وَ الْعَامَّةِ

wa min sharris saam-mate val-haam-mate val-aam mate,
and from the poisonous animals, and noxious insects and reptiles and evil of the common people

وَ مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ دَابَّةٍ صَغِيْرَةٍ وَ كَبِيْرَةٍ بِلَيْلٍ أَوْ نَهَارٍ

wa min sharre koolle daab-batin saghiratin av kabiratin be lailin wa naharin,
and from the menace of the small and big beasts in the nigh or in the day;

وَ مِنْ شَرِّ فُسَّاقِ الْعَرَبِ وَ الْعَجَمِ وَ فُجَّارِهِمْ

wa min sharre foossaquil-arabe val-aajame wa foojjarehim,
and from the evil of the transgressors of Arab and non-Arabs and their sinners,

وَ مِنْ شَرِّ فَسَقَةِ الْجِنِّ وَ الْإِنْسِ

wa min sharre fasaqatit jinne val-inse,
and from the evil of the transgressors among Jinn and men

وَ مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ دَابَّةٍ رَبِّي‏ آخِذٌ بِنَاصِيَتِهَا إِنَّ رَبِّي عَلىٰ‏ صِرَاطٍ مُسْتَقِيْمٍ‏.

wa min sharre koolle daab-batin anta aakhizoon benasiyateha inna rabbi ala siratim moostaqeem
and from the evil of all living creatures which Thou holds by their forelock. Surely straight is the path of my Lord”.
